1 Definitions & Applicability

The following words and phrases are used with specific meanings in these terms and conditions:

• "Platform" refers to the 786be website (786be.lat) and all services operated under it.
• "User" refers to any person registered on this platform.
• "Account" refers to each user's personal login profile.
• "Bet" refers to a wager placed to participate in any sporting event or casino game.

Each person may operate only one account. Managing multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If an attempt to create multiple accounts from the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You may not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the 786be support team immediately.

3 Age & Eligibility

The minimum age to use the 786be platform is 21 years. Only those aged 21 or above may open an account and participate in betting activities on this platform.

3.1 Age Verification

At the time of registration, the user must confirm that they are 21 years of age or older. 786be may request proof of age at any time if there is doubt. If it is found that an underage person has been using an account, the account will be closed and any deposited funds will be returned, but no winnings will be paid out.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 786be platform is operated targeting the Bangladesh market. You are fully responsible for complying with the applicable laws of the area from which you are using this platform. 786be reserves the right to restrict or discontinue services in certain areas.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The accepted methods for depositing funds at 786be are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method)
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name when making a deposit
• Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited
• Deposited funds will be added to the account after verification

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply for withdrawing funds from 786be:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Standard withdrawal time: 10 to 45 minutes
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used to make the deposit
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at 786be will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering will be calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer can be claimed only once and is not transferable to a third party
• The bonus must be activated in the account to take advantage of it
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless 786be explicitly permits it
• If evidence of any bonus-related fraud is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be voided
• 786be reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Terms

All betting activities at 786be are governed by the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• Bets placed on odds that were incorrectly offered due to a technical error, or based on incorrect information, may be deemed void
• If an event is cancelled, the funds for that bet will be refunded
• 786be reserves the right to set betting limits if an unusual betting pattern is detected

6.2 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events, the specific rules of each sport apply. Match results will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

For participation in live casino and slot games, the rules of the game provider must be followed. The outcome of each game is determined through a verifiable random number generator (RNG) technology.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 786be platform:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or deceptive activity
• Depositing funds obtained illegally or money laundering
• Misusing bonuses or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts
• Any attempt to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software
• Misusing or stealing another user's account information
• Betting using automated bots or scripts
• Harassing or insulting other users of the platform

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent closure of the account, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by 786be

786be reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of the terms and conditions is found
• If identity verification is incomplete
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may contact the 786be support team at any time to request closure of your account. Any balance remaining in your account (subject to wagering requirements being met) can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
